These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by COLLINGHAMCO LTD ("we", "us", "our"), trading as COLLINGHAMCO Digital. Company Number: 15540675. Registered address: 21 Fulmar Way, Worksop, S81 8UF.

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

COLLINGHAMCO Digital provides the following services to trades businesses, contractors, and automotive businesses:

  • White-label marketing platform (powered by GoHighLevel)
  • Conversion-optimised website design and build
  • 5-star review funnel setup and management
  • Missed call text-back automation
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Additional digital marketing services as agreed

2. Subscription & Pricing

  • Our standard subscription is £397 per month, billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice

3. No Contract — Cancel Anytime

  • We do not lock you into a fixed-term contract
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to hello@collinghamco.digital
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months

4. Onboarding & Delivery

  • Your marketing system will be built and delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving your completed onboarding form
  • You agree to provide accurate business information during onboarding
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you are not our responsibility

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful business information
  • Not use our platform for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose
  • Comply with Google, Meta, and other platform policies applicable to your business
  • Not resell or sublicense our services without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of all platform systems, templates, and proprietary tooling
  • You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and any content you provide
  • Websites built for you become your property upon full payment

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. number of leads, search rankings, review counts)
  • Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in that period
  • We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform outages (Google, GoHighLevel, Stripe, etc.)

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
